💫 Return Policy

We accept free returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

To start a return, email us at Scentmomentco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable

• We do not refund items returned more than 14 days after delivery

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale or clearance items (final sale will be noted on the product page)

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

• We ship within the United States, including all 50 states.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup, but we're working on adding that in the future!
