Thank you for shopping with Scent Moment. Below you’ll find our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will be delivered.

📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • We ship within the United States, including all 50 states and worldwide.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

✨ Local Delivery or Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup, but we're working on adding that in the future!

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

❗ Delays & Issues

Shipping delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or postal service issues. We are not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may request photos or documentation to help resolve the issue.
