Welcome to Scent Moment. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our products. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. General

Scent Moment is a business offering high-quality perfume kits and pre-made perfume bottles for online purchase. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and content contributors.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to display all product descriptions, prices, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the details. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, product availability, or pricing errors.

  • Order Changes: Changes to orders may not be possible once submitted. Please review all order information before checking out.

5. Payment

  • We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

  • All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) at the time of purchase.

  • We do not accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or cash.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

    • International orders: 7–21 business days

  • Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us at Scentmomentco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout—is the property of Scented Moments and may not be used or copied without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Scent Moment is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our website or products.

All products are used at your own risk. Discontinue use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
