💫 Return Policy
We accept free returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
To start a return, email us at Scentmomentco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
